Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be returned once opened or used. We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the issue

This allows us to evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• opened or used products
• personal wellness items
• sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about a product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges for intimate products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund (for example, due to a damaged or defective product), we will notify you once the issue has been reviewed.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
